Digital Content Manager

While at Entercom (now known as Audacy), my role as Digital Content Manager involved overseeing all digital content across four radio station websites and social media accounts: 94.9 The Point, 95-7 R&B, 101.3 2WD, and Z104.  I worked closely with the Marketing Director, Cole Johnson,  

on brand management for festivals and concert stages, as well as event paraphernalia. Additionally, I partnered with the sales team to ensure the seamless execution of sponsorship packages.  


As a creative lead, I directed a team of four, including a photographer, videographer, and two graphic designers, to produce diverse content for our stations. This included weekly e-newsletters, e-blasts, text blasts, app content, social videos, and more. During events, I managed a team of vendors, including photographers and videographers, to capture performances, audience reactions, and behind-the-scenes moments. I also provided creative direction for prominent event recap videos, ensuring our digital presence was consistently engaging and reflective of each station’s brand.

For 13 years, Z104 has partnered with the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve: Toys for Tots Program, collecting over 1 MILLION TOYS for children in Hampton Roads …with Shaggy dedicating 110 hours collecting toys at various locations across Hampton Roads.

After hiring a new staff of talented creatives I created a new revenue stream for the sales staff to offer promotion videos to their clients.

I had the opportunity to travel to Negril, Jamaica, to broadcast live from Sandals Negril, where I brought home the award for Best Social Media Presence! While I documented the trip via social media, listeners got to tune in to Theressa Brown to hear about all the amazing activities and amenities that Sandals Negril Beach Resort & Spa has to offer! During our one-week stay, we had the opportunity to interview some of the amazing resort staff, experience a horseback riding excursion, attend a rum tasting event, and participate in a few social events the resort offers for their guests.
