Microsoft Reading Coach – Case Study Lead
As the Producer at Instrument, I led the end-to-end production of the Microsoft Reading Coach case study featured on Microsoft’s Unlocked platform. This project spotlighted how personalized, AI-powered reading support helps students grow, brought to life through immersive visuals, hand-drawn animation, and compelling storytelling. I collaborated closely with a cross-functional team of designers, strategists, and copywriters to bring the case study to life.
From the outset, I created and implemented a structured production schedule, including daily 15-minute standups, weekly creative reviews, and detailed day-by-day task planning. This helped the team stay aligned, creative, and on track. The work was praised by both my colleagues and leadership for its clarity, efficiency, and warmth.

Additional Highlights
During my time at Instrument, I also had the opportunity to contribute to early to mid stage production planning for projects with GitHub, Arena Group, and AlphaSense. I laid the foundation for smooth execution through schedule creation, stakeholder alignment, and resourcing support. Microsoft remained a personal favorite for its storytelling depth and creative collaboration.
