I managed publishing of daily social content and organized a daily calendar of social posts. I partnered closely with cross-functional teams to navigate sometimes quickly-changing campaign details, collecting assets, writing captions, and ensuring accurate post information, timing, and positioning.
I would expand and engage the Educational Insights brand social community with daily listening, maintenance, and monitoring across platforms, with a particular focus on Instagram and Pinterest.
Adhere to brand voice principles while replying to non-customer experience-related comments and DMs. Proactively engage, grow, and convert social media followers into customers.
Contribute to ongoing brand community initiatives including channel strategies, PR activations, Influencer partnerships, events, and more.
We had the pleasure of partnering with Caribu - a Virtual Playdate platform - to give grandparents and their loved ones a chance to connect in the name of fun! Followers were given a chance to win the Sneaky and Friends Game and Board Book combo pack from Educational Insights and a year-long subscription to Caribu.
We partnered with Zee Zees - a snack company for kids providing wholesome ingredients and fun flavors - for a giveaway intended to fuel children's imaginations and bodies!
To encourage independent play in the home or classroom we put together a prize package of toys and activities that will keep children learning and playing independently. Independent play can boost confidence, creativity, and so much more.

We created a campaign to highlight the newest Hot Dots interactive workbooks to help kids prepare for Back-to-School.
One of the core tenants of the Educational Insights brand is to build confidence in children to help them become more independent when learning and playing. The Hot Dots workbooks for this campaign are exclusive to Amazon and are helping prepare children for classroom learning in specific subject areas like math and reading comprehension.
